As we start developing both the characters and the production design for the Bloom County TV show for FOX, I’m pumping out concept art. Little did you know that Steve Dallas has always had a DawnBuggy. Every anti-hero needs his Batmobile. I had huge fun designing it— hope you enjoy the first image of Bloom County’s rebirth. —bb
